ON
LINE RESERVATION FORM (Recommended)
**Please
note, ALL rules and regulations must be agreed to on the reservation
form.**
- There
are 50 well-treed, spacious campsites with water and electricity,
plus 19 new campsites with water & electricity.
- Each
site has a pole BBQ and a picnic table.
- There
are tenting sites available as well as a group camping area with
water and power. Two
modern washroom facilities with showers are centrally located in
the camping areas, with flush toilets throughout the park. A trailer
sewage disposal site is beside the washroom. Firewood is available
for sale at the park entry gate. All water in the park is supplied
through the Town of Outlook water system.
- A
large camp kitchen is available to rent for group events. Large sheltered
picnic areas are available for day use with pole BBQ's, picnic tables
and potable water taps.
- Children
are sure to enjoy the playground and modern playground equipment.
- The
swimming pool concession has licorice and ice cream treats. There
is also candy and pop machine available.
- The
golf clubhouse serves light lunches and caters to golf tournaments.
Licensed beverages are also available in the clubhouse.
- ‘Reservations will
only be received through our online reservation form from the website,
email or fax starting January 4, 2010 after
9:00 a.m. Phone reservations will not be accepted until April 1, 2010.Only submit your reservation request
once. Please make sure all required information is provided including
VISA or MASTERCARD information. Please do not phone the office
after submission; the office will contact you upon completion of
request via phone or email.

Campground
Rules:
- Camping
receipts must be displayed at all times.
- A
valid season or day pass is required to enter the park.
- Any
person occupying a campsite shall keep the area clean.
- Obscene
language and bullying will not be tolerated towards any staff member.
Visitors of the park will be evicted immediately.
- Fighting,
disorderly conduct, drunkenness, or use of obscene language will
result in eviction from the park.
- Quiet
time is between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Fires
are only allowed in the barbeques provided. If you choose to bring
in any outside fire pits, they must be preapproved by the maintenance
supervisor. Firewood MUST be purchased from the park.
- Please
make sure your fires are put out at night and before you leave your
site.
- No
one 19 years of age and under can hold a camping permit without parental
or legal guardian supervision.
- Pets
must be on a leash at all times and are not permitted in any public
building.
- Check
out time is 11:00 a.m. (3:00 p.m. for golfers on August long weekend)
Check in time is 12:00 p.m.
- If
you would like to extend your stay, please check for availability
with the park entry staff.
- The
park is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Camper
sewers MUST be disposed of at the dumping station.

RESERVATION
POLICY 2010
DAILY
CAMPING POLICIES
1.
Full payment is required to make a reservation.
2. The $10 Reservation Fee per site is non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Fee of $10 will be applied to all cancellations.
4. There will be a $10 Change Fee that is non-refundable
5. A Change Fee will be applied to the following: changing sites, change of
arrival or departure date.
6. Your reservation request will be processed by the park in the order in which
it was received. You will be notified by E-mail or Fax only within 15 business
days as to whether or not the park is able to accommodate your request.
7. If successful and to guarantee your site, full payment of your reservation
is required.
8. All reservations must be guaranteed. Upon acknowledgement that a site is
available, the non-refundable Reservation Fees and full payment of reservation
will be charged to a valid credit card (VISA or MasterCard) to guarantee the
reservation.
9. If you are a “No-Show”, you will be charged the non-refundable
Reservation Fee and two nights stay. Your site will be released as of 12 p.m.
of the second day of the reservation, thereby terminating your reservation.
10. ‘No-Show’: If you do not arrive at the campground by 12 p.m.
on the second day of your stay, and if you have not contacted the park to inform
them of your late arrival, you will be deemed a ‘No-Show’
11. If a reservation is cancelled, with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior
to 11 a.m. on the first day of arrival, a refund of Camping Fees will be issued
less the $10 non-refundable Reservation Fee and the $10 Cancellation Fee. The
Camping Fees can only be refunded to the credit card used in the original transaction.
No exceptions. If not cancelled within the allowable time frame then use must
pay for 2 nights plus the $10 Cancellation Fee and the $10 Non-Refundable Reservation
Fee.
12. Once in the campsite and you want to check out early, then you must contact
the PARK OFFICE/PARK ENTRY before 11 a.m. with a minimum of 48 hours notice
prior to departure for a refund of your remaining stay. If not cancelled within
the allowable time frame use must pay for 2 nights stay plus the $10 Change
Fee.
13. One trailer is allowed per site, if another camper fits on the site then
each camper must pay.
14. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. (3 p.m. for golfers on the August long weekend).
15. Check in time is any time after 12:00 p.m.
16. The Seasonal Regional Park Passes are transferable between vehicles provided
only one vehicle is in the park at a time. If both of your vehicles are in
the park at the same time then you must have either TWO Seasonal Regional Park
Passes or 1 seasonal Regional Park Pass and 1 day pass (for each day of your
stay).
17. The Regional Park has the right to change your site at anytime without
prior notice.
MONTHLY
CAMPING POLICIES

January 4 booked June, July, and August and paid for June
Upon Arrival on June 1st you pay for July
On July 1st you pay for August
8. When booking 1 month, the 48 hours cancellation policy does not apply to
the first month but does to consecutive months. If canceling the first month,
the payment of one month plus the $10 non-refundable Reservation Fee will not
be refunded.
9. If you are a “No-Show”, you will be charged the non-refundable
Reservation Fee and one month Camping Fee. Your site will be released as of
12 p.m. on the second day of the reservation, thereby terminating your Reservation.
10. ‘No-Show’: If you do not arrive at the campground by 12 p.m.
on the second day of your stay, and if you have not contacted the park to inform
them of your late arrival, you will be deemed a ‘No-Show’.
In the event of a conflict of a reservation the park will use its best efforts
to provide the camper with a campsite with equal services. If the service
cannot be provided then the park will adjust the cost based on the overflow
rate. No refunds will be issued unless a regular site or an overflow site
is not available.
